Vapor Barrier
A more cost effective way to prevent moisture damage and combat musty smells this system is the fastest way to upgrade your crawlspace. A standard home comes with a 4-6mil thick plastic barrier that is often torn and compromised before the home is even completed. Our solution is a 10mil system that is pinned and sealed with a waterproof tape. We double layer at all entry points, and areas that are higher traffic and often torn by maintenance work. This system can be scaled to your specific needs.
Encapsulation
Complete crawlspace encapsulation that uses a reinforced 20mil barrier that is sealed up the walls and around your homes supports.Encapsulation is often paired with a drainage system and dehumidifier to control the moisture content of your homes foundation. Plus it looks like a space station under your home. Who doesn’t want that?!
Debris Cleaning
Remove debris to improve air quality and foundation. Scrap wood, plumbing parts, and even garbage is often left in the crawlspace by some home builders! Wood left on the ground turns into mold which in turn transfers onto your homes foundation. Debris is often the cause for punctured and destroyed vapor barriers.
